HTPA Electronic Ballot


Use this electronic ballot to vote for:

HTPA Officers for 2010


Voting will begin on Friday, November 13, 2009, and continue
through 5:00 PM on Friday, December 4, 2008.

Election results will be announced at the Holiday Luncheon
on December 11th, and at this Web site thereafter.

Voter Eligibility

All HTPA members in good standing are eligible and encouraged to vote.

Positions to be Filled

Officer positions to be filled in this election include:

President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer

Vote for "Declared" Candidates

or

Use "Write-in" Option

This ballot provides for voting for both declared and undeclared "write-in"
candidates.  
If you do not wish to vote for a declared candidate, and wish
to cast a "write-in" vote, then enter the name of your write-in candidate.


"Declared" Candidates for 2010
HTPA Officer positions are:


Shawn Gleason - President

Russ Boullion - Vice President

Cynthia Lusk - Secretary

Dennis Tam - Treasurer


Use This Ballot Carefully

If you fail to enter both your name and email address in
Step 1, this electronic ballot will not register your vote
.

If you do not indicate your choice of a "declared" candidate
or your choice of a write-in candidate in any category, this
ballot will not register a vote in that category.

If you intend to cast a write-in vote for any of the three (3)
positions, DO NOT select a "declared" candidate from the
drop-down menu in that category.

Ballots indicating both a "declared" candidate and a
"write-in" candidate in any category will void the vote in
that category.

Duplicate ballots will be voided by the election judge.

Similarly, ballots received with non-member names or other
unrecognizable or irrelevant content will be voided.

Do not back out of this page until the confirmation page
appears on your screen

The confirmation page is your assurance that
your ballot has been submitted to the election judge.
